My passion for holistic health began through my own healing journey. For years, I struggled with severe gut issues, hormonal imbalances, chronic inflammation, fatigue, and intense PMS symptoms. Despite seeking answers through the traditional healthcare system, I often felt dismissed and frustrated by the lack of solutions and understanding surrounding what I was experiencing.
Determined to heal and understand my body on a deeper level, I began studying holistic nutrition. During this journey, I was introduced to live and dry blood analysis, a modality that completely changed the way I viewed health and the body. I was amazed to see, in real time, how the blood could reflect what was happening internally and how closely it aligned with the symptoms I had been experiencing.
As I continued learning, I discovered the powerful connection between nutrition, lifestyle, and hormonal health. One of the most transformative things I learned was the importance of fasting in alignment with the female hormonal cycle. Women’s bodies are not designed to function the same way as men’s, and understanding how to support the body differently throughout each phase of the cycle can have a profound impact on hormones, energy, metabolism, and overall well-being. Learning how to properly nourish and support my body through cycle-based fasting became a key part of my healing journey.
Through combining holistic nutrition, cycle awareness, fasting for the female body, and live and dry blood analysis, I was able to restore my health naturally. I healed my gut issues, reduced chronic inflammation, balanced my hormones, improved my energy, and finally began feeling like myself again.
After experiencing the impact these modalities had on my own life, I became deeply passionate about helping others do the same. My practice is built around education, empowerment, and accessibility. One of the biggest barriers in my own healing journey was the financial burden of trying to find answers, which is why I strive to provide as much value, education, and guidance as possible within each session.
My goal is to help you better understand your body and give you the tools, knowledge, and support needed to begin your own healing journey. I believe the body is incredibly capable of healing when given the right support, I simply help guide you there.

My approach is centered around education, empowerment, and understanding the body as a whole. I believe that symptoms are the body’s way of communicating imbalance, and my goal is to help uncover potential root causes rather than simply masking symptoms. Using a combination of live and dry blood analysis, holistic nutrition, lifestyle guidance, and cycle-based fasting education, I aim to help clients better understand what may be happening internally and how they can support their body naturally.
During your initial 90-minute session, we will take an in-depth look at your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, stress levels, digestion, energy, hormones, fertility concerns, and overall wellness goals. We will then complete a live and dry blood analysis to observe patterns and imbalances that may be contributing to how you are feeling.
Each session is individualized, and I will guide you on how to fast in a way that supports your body and hormones based on your specific stage of life. Whether you have a regular menstrual cycle, are in perimenopause, postmenopausal, or are looking to support fertility and reproductive health, women require a different approach to fasting and nutrition than men. Learning how to nourish and support your body properly throughout these stages can play a powerful role in hormone balance, fertility, energy, metabolism, inflammation, and overall well-being.
